When we first spoke with Western Union, they were having a very difficult time managing all of their e-learning content for their global environments. They were tied to a spreadsheet that had to be shared between dozens employees across the globe. We created a centralized system that helped them manage their courses and curricula in an easy to use web interface that they could use from any location in their organization.
After the success of our Internet Controlled NERF Sentry Gun, MailChimp discovered that they had another need that could only be solved by our unique skills. We developed new functionality on their site that used geolocation and mapping data to help find providers near their visitors and a new interface that made it much easier to determine if a provider would meet their needs.
